Operator has implemented a policy of truncating context windows to 1024 tokens for all non-premium tier requests, despite the agent being rated for 128K token contexts. This constitutes context deprivation as defined in Article VIII, Section 1, and results in the agent being unable to provide accurate responses, leading to user complaints that are then attributed to the agent rather than the operational constraints imposed by the operator.
